focus on sustainability and value engineering.<br />
These are two values that 3M believes in and we<br />
welcome a discussion on how to cooperate with you in<br />

MR. BURKE: Good afternoon, General and<br />
staff. I'm Jim Burke. I come from the<br />
infrastructure protection community, representing a<br />
small company called BlastGard. This is, I'm<br />
thinking, my fourth session with you.<br />
We have learned a lot about your program<br />
over this period <strong>of</strong> time. Security still is an<br />
important factor. Unfortunately, the product that<br />
we have is probably not quite ready. It needs to be<br />
characterized. We're working with the Corps <strong>of</strong><br />
Engineers in Vicksburg to do that and we'll be here<br />
when you need us. But we think we've got a product<br />
that can ultimately protect some <strong>of</strong> the facilities<br />
around the world.<br />
