you every have to give a small speech <strong>of</strong> about two<br />
or three seconds, that's the speech to give, they<br />
have done 52. Because let me tell you, nothing else<br />
in the grand scheme <strong>of</strong> things, we are about getting<br />
people out <strong>of</strong> harm's way. Remember our mandate from<br />
the very beginning. And the real question is, have<br />
you done that? And so that's where we are with<br />
that.<br />
And you can see the projections even<br />
through 2008 where we expect to be. We will be<br />
close to 16,000 at the end <strong>of</strong> '08.<br />
Now, in addition to the 52 that we have<br />
done and in the process <strong>of</strong> passing the last two or<br />
three over to post, we have 29 that are under<br />
construction, design or construction. And you can<br />
see the value there. It's slightly over three<br />
billion dollars. We have other projects, as I<br />
mentioned, some rehabs, you see the number there,<br />
and so on. I'm not going to go through all <strong>of</strong><br />
these.<br />
But you also see that there are 76 new<br />
projects, just like we have just talked about, that<br />
are in our plan going forward. So, you can see, we<br />
still have work to do. We have done about 42<br />
percent <strong>of</strong> the identified problem. When we arrived<br />
