Also, another thing that we're doing in<br />
that regard is a lot <strong>of</strong> the properties that we<br />
market, the marketing is done through real estate<br />
brokerage firms. And so, in appropriate cases,<br />
we're encouraging those firms also to create<br />
websites within their websites on the properties.<br />
So you can see an example <strong>of</strong> a property in London<br />
that was put up for sale this year and sold. There<br />
is a very sophisticated website that the developer<br />
put together, as well as normal printed marketing<br />
materials.<br />

In terms <strong>of</strong> site selection, we've made some<br />
improvements over the past year or so. After a<br />
couple <strong>of</strong> years <strong>of</strong> buying 10 or 15 sites a year, we<br />
started to see some trends and, as I mentioned<br />
earlier, we'd get a long way down the road and<br />
something would happen to the site that everyone has<br />
fallen in love with, the seller would change his<br />
mind and wouldn't sell to us, we found a fatal legal<br />
defect in the situation, whatever it might have<br />
been. So, it's now standard practice for us to<br />
identify a backup site. So, in every city where we<br />
can, we're actually finding two sites that will work<br />
for the new embassy or consulate and we're putting<br />
them both under contract, so that, just because some<br />
