program has changed. We did use air-cooled chiller<br />
in Ouandi project, with a lot <strong>of</strong> lifecycle costings<br />
and it was very difficult at that time. And also<br />
you provided the modularized prepackaged with top<br />
unit. So they didn't have to screen the site from<br />
the ambassador's window.<br />
So, all these changes are really beautiful<br />
to see how not only did we start with the fan coil<br />
unit in the olden days, and VAV and changing, I<br />
think we've made tremendous improvement in building<br />
type.<br />

GENERAL WILLIAMS: Do you think we're going<br />
in the right direction?<br />
MR. LEE: Absolutely. And not only did the<br />
program, I guess I served, I should say worked with<br />
six probably, over 23 years, six different directors<br />
but your program has been one <strong>of</strong> the largest<br />
programs that I have worked on. And in a way, I<br />
wish I was able to participate in more SED programs,<br />
but my team member wasn't able to bring me any<br />
design project after the -- so here I am.<br />
But KlingStubbins is very much interested<br />
in participating in your program.<br />
