But we are trying to get this one back in order.<br />
These are very difficult areas, ladies and gentlemen<br />
to work in and you really have to be hitting on all<br />
cylinders and have a good day and it's not raining<br />
to make everything work.<br />
Beijing, you know we've been on the clock<br />
here almost four years. We're getting close to 70<br />
percent complete, 69 and a bit. You can see in the<br />
lower right-hand corner, things are beginning to<br />
look like a building and a complex. And that is our<br />
ten-acre site.<br />
In Baghdad, we have not images, for obvious<br />
reasons, but I just need to tell you a couple<br />
things. That the project is substantially complete.<br />
We have no budget issues with that. The<br />
accreditation process is ongoing and I might point<br />
out that our protocol accreditation process is 60<br />
days. We are working and trying to shorten this<br />
period as much as possible, but there is 65 acres<br />
versus 10. There is 26 buildings versus three or<br />
seven. So it's a mammoth undertaking. I want to<br />
mortify this somewhat. We anticipate opening in<br />
October at a date yet to be certain and that is,<br />
once the accreditation process is finished. It's a<br />
self-contained compound and we are working through<br />
