need to be escorted to and from the cafeteria. If<br />
you look you will notice all the OBO staff have red<br />
badges and they will be more than happy to escort<br />
small groups <strong>of</strong> you to and from the cafeteria.<br />
And, General, what time should reconvene?<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Let's come back at 1:15.<br />
MR. SPRAGUE: 1:15, all right.<br />
