Project Management Services, Inc. I am a mechanical<br />
engineer by trade, who also facilitates value<br />
engineering workshops and coordinates sustainable<br />
design. So three <strong>of</strong> the four subjects today were<br />
very much <strong>of</strong> interest to me, so I appreciate being<br />

Will Banker, Surge Suppression, Incorporated. I<br />
appreciate the openness. This is our fourth IAP.<br />
I've been working with the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>State</strong> for<br />
about three and a half, four years now, supplying<br />
electrical surge suppression products. And every<br />
time, I take away just a little bit more.<br />
I love the openness with all <strong>of</strong> the<br />
different industries. It's just -- I love it. It's<br />
