concept. You begin to think about that there may be<br />

opportunities to apply that. And then <strong>of</strong> course the<br />

renewable energy, which is using power onsite that<br />

you have solar, photovoltaics, wind. There is also<br />

passive solar, in terms <strong>of</strong> how we design these<br />

buildings, how we site them on the building, in<br />

terms <strong>of</strong> where the sun travels, the climate, things<br />

like that.<br />

Hydroelectric power, maybe. But I believe<br />

in most <strong>of</strong> the locations where OBO builds, water is<br />

an issue. It's a every important issue that is<br />

missing as one <strong>of</strong> the components. So hydroelectric<br />

is probably not an option.<br />

Bi<strong>of</strong>uels are an alternative fuel, but they<br />

still produce carbon. Geothermal is an option, but<br />

it's expensive to dig these very, very deep wells,<br />

and my understanding is they are <strong>of</strong>tentimes dug with<br />

carbon dioxides. So there are emissions that occur<br />

when you dig these wells.<br />

And so renewable energy in terms <strong>of</strong> the<br />

three you're looking at, solar, photovoltaic, and<br />

wind, would probably be the three best options to<br />

look at. But the most important thing, I think, for<br />

OBO is to look for a baseline <strong>of</strong> the emissions you<br />

are currently putting out and look for a way to<br />
