MR. McDONALD: Like Clare, I reached out to<br />
my industry partners, specifically the real estate<br />
entity that services our company that does have a<br />
global reach. And without really -- their question<br />
back to me was be more specific. Be more specific<br />
country-wise or at least regionally for us, because<br />
quite honestly real estate processes are well<br />
established, longstanding, as you alluded to, and<br />
not a fast industry to change, just because <strong>of</strong> the<br />
traditions.<br />
So the local idiosyncrasies really drive,<br />
you know, any revelation that we would have if<br />
something changes in a specific market, opening up<br />
<strong>of</strong> China and things like that, the influence that<br />
that may have. I think Steve summed it up with his<br />
opening remarks, that there is no sweeping<br />
revelation that I was able to come up with to help<br />
Keith in his monumental challenge that he described<br />
very well.<br />
