what they did here. They got us a bigger<br />
transformer. So there are significant advantages do<br />
doing what we've done or what this one contractor<br />
has now done and we are encouraging.<br />
The bottom picture, as I said, it is<br />
actually an implementation <strong>of</strong> the BIM, the Building<br />
Information Management methodology. The mechanical<br />
portion <strong>of</strong> that, OBO is trying to embrace the<br />
Autodesk products at this point. We're approaching<br />
the use <strong>of</strong> Revit. It turns out Revit is primarily a<br />
structural and architectural version <strong>of</strong> the Autodesk<br />
programs. When we went to this particular location,<br />
we asked them what they are using. It is actually<br />
an Autodesk product, but it is called Inventor. And<br />
they were very adamant about making sure you use the<br />
right tool for the right job. You can't, it said<br />
you really do not want to do mechanical systems<br />
using Revit. You do not want to do building systems<br />
using Autodesk Inventor. You need to use the right<br />
tool for the right job.<br />
So they were very -- and I asked the<br />
specific question how fast are you at doing this?<br />
The young man that was doing most <strong>of</strong> their product<br />
line at this point says I am approaching the same<br />
