windows. And essentially, it's a no tolerance. You<br />
meet this standard or you don't put your window<br />
product in our building.<br />
Kaiser Permanente has a two to three<br />
billion dollar building program a year. They took<br />
that program and said we will not tolerate any vinyl<br />
in our carpet. We want a vinyl-free carpet. And<br />
they shaped the market, calling to Collins and<br />
Aikman responded to it. It was very competitive.<br />
You know, hundreds <strong>of</strong> millions <strong>of</strong> dollars <strong>of</strong> carpet<br />
are being put into their buildings. So they shaped<br />
the market.<br />
I think OBO has the opportunity, as do<br />
other federal agencies, to establish a no tolerance<br />
level. We have a responsibility to do it right.<br />
And there are economics that will benefit us, but we<br />
can also shape the economics by using our simple<br />
buying power to motivate the market to change and to<br />
provide us the types <strong>of</strong> products and the types <strong>of</strong><br />
systems that will meet the need and make lead. I<br />
mean, lead should be something that we, we use it<br />
sort <strong>of</strong> as a word, and the lead stamp goes on here,<br />
but as someone said earlier, it used to be, once<br />
upon a time before energy was free, you know, and<br />
before energy was cheap, basically, we had to build<br />
