I never knew from day-to-day what I was going to<br />
have to buy the next day or the next year or the<br />
following year. And now there's a long-range plan<br />
that looks out six, seven years in advance, and at<br />
least I have a roadmap <strong>of</strong> where I can start throwing<br />
darts anywhere, anyway. And that makes all the<br />
difference in the world, in my business.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay. Well, what we<br />
want to do now, we have had some very loyal<br />
supporters and interested visitors and you know we<br />
are always delighted to have you come. And while<br />
you are not a member <strong>of</strong> the panel, we do appreciate<br />
the fact that you are here and we do want to<br />
recognize you and you can tell us what, tell us<br />
about yourself and your organization and if you have<br />
a comment to make about our process, we would<br />
appreciate that as well.<br />
MR. SPRAGUE: General, I was wondering if<br />
while the people are introducing themselves, if they<br />
could come up to one <strong>of</strong> the microphones.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay.<br />
MR. SPRAGUE: Because, so they can be --<br />
they have a lot <strong>of</strong> interesting things to tell us --<br />
