all <strong>of</strong> the issues associated with accreditation and<br />
a punch list and ensuring that everything operates<br />
the way it should operate. And we're working<br />
through that process as we speak.<br />
Now, it's a tough road ahead with Karachi<br />
leading the list. This is where we got some really<br />
tough projects. Harare is on hold, that's Zimbabwe,<br />
because we got some governmental issues there that<br />
we cannot work through. We have to have assurances<br />
that our contractors can in fact do business in the<br />
country. That's a pretty fundamental one. And the<br />
ambassador, he and I have met, and he is trying to<br />
work through that. But right now, Harare is on hold<br />
until such time as we can get through those<br />
strictures.<br />
Okay, a little bit <strong>of</strong> clarification for<br />
everyone. We have a program called BMIS. It is a<br />
Building Management Information System. It's our<br />
first cut at trying to get a data manipulating<br />
apparatus so that we can all see the same data, same<br />
time, retrieve it and work with it. The first phase<br />
<strong>of</strong> that is coming to an end. It was about a three<br />
million dollar undertaking that we took on. We got<br />
some products from that, which tells us that there<br />
is great capability. Phase two will be further<br />
