sustainable, resource conservation is important.<br />

So, air-cooled would be better there. And also, are<br />

there not fewer connections and one less trade<br />

because now you don't have the plumbing piece?<br />

MR. GLAVIS: Oh, yes, absolutely.<br />

MS. GOSHOW: So it's less cost in terms <strong>of</strong><br />

installation as well.<br />

MR. GLAVIS: In my opinion, yes,<br />

GENERAL WILLIAMS: Two very significant<br />

points that Nancy just made from the environmental<br />

point <strong>of</strong> view, because we are in areas where water<br />

is precious. In fact, there is one location, we're<br />

having difficulty in Freetown, for example, getting<br />

the necessary water. So, it's precious, it's<br />

expensive and so that's very important. And I was<br />

wondering if anyone wanted to come in on the<br />

maintainability side <strong>of</strong> this by having ancillary<br />

equipment, more plumbing, extra trades, and this<br />
