didn't exactly have that in mind when we set this<br />
out, but we just simply wanted to put the focus<br />
around what we thought was important at the end <strong>of</strong><br />
the day. And these four guiding principles are what<br />
we base the organization's focus around. And it's<br />
about communication and transparency.<br />
This next slide is new for you and it just<br />
gives you a notion about the dozen means we have for<br />
communication that we <strong>of</strong>fer our people and those who<br />
are associated with us. There are 12 separate entry<br />
points into our organization where you can speak to<br />
us, you can interact with us, whatever. It talks<br />
about some that are clearly for the OBO family and<br />
right down through all <strong>of</strong> the meetings and et<br />
cetera, in addition to this panel. So there's a<br />
dozen plus one opportunities and avenues to interact<br />
with our organization.<br />
This next slide speaks to something that we<br />
have been working on pretty hard over the last year<br />
and a half. It's a new way to think, new way to<br />
build, and it speaks about what we are basing this<br />
on and the shifting thinking around our business.<br />
And that gave rise to the 20 management<br />
concepts that we introduced about a year and a half<br />
ago and they are listed on the next slide. I'm not<br />
