HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN3.4 TASK-SPECIFIC RISK ASSESSMENT/ACTIVITY HAZARDANALYSISPrior to beginning each major phase of <strong>work</strong>, an activity hazard <strong>analysis</strong> (<strong>for</strong>m included inAppendix E) will be per<strong>for</strong>med. The <strong>analysis</strong> will define the activity being per<strong>for</strong>med, identifythe sequence of <strong>work</strong>, the specific hazards anticipated <strong>and</strong> the control measures to beimplemented to eliminate or reduce each hazard to an acceptable level.Work will not proceed on that project phase until the activity hazard <strong>analysis</strong> has been acceptedby the designated on-<strong>site</strong> authority, as well as being discussed with all <strong>site</strong> personnel that willper<strong>for</strong>m the activity. Keep all plugs, cords, <strong>and</strong> receptacles out of water. Use approved water-proof, weather-proof type if exposure is likely. Inspect all electrical power circuits prior to commencing <strong>work</strong>. Clear walkways of equipment, construction debris <strong>and</strong> other materials. Mark, identify or banicade @her obstructions.
