To maintain and document sample possession, chain-ofcustodyprocedures are followed as described below:A sample is under your custody if:1) It is in your actual possession, or2) It is in your view, after being in your physical possession, or3) It was in your physical possession and then you locked it up to prevent tampering,or4) It is in a designated secure area.A copy of a COC form is included in Appendix B.
