- .._“..“.-~_..1 .O INTRODUCTIONThis Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) presents, in specific terms, the policies, organization,functions, and QA/QC requirements designed to achieve the data quality goals for the CampGeiger site, Delivery Order 0044 under the contract N62470-93-D-3032 for the Navy AtlanticDivision (LANTDIV) at the Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NorthCarolina. This SAP integrates the required components of a quality assurance project plan(QAPP) and a field sampling plan.This document shall be read, understood, and implemented by the Project Manager, SiteSupervisor, Project QC Manager, Project Chemist, Field Chemist/Scientist, and SampleTechnicians. Any field changes shall be approved by the Navy’s Technical Representative(NTR), Project Manager, and Project Chemist.
