All other samples such as the“clean” soils and confirmation samples will meet, at a minimum, NEESA 20.2-047B QA/QCLevel C requirements. All sampling and analytical activities will be in accordance with federal,state, and local regulations. A summary of the field QC sampling requirements is shown inTable A- 1 “Sampling Summary” in Appendix A.An independent firm will be subcontracted to perform data validation on samples collectedusing Level C QA/QC. The subcontracted firm’s statement of qualifications is kept on file inthe Norcross office and available upon request. Data review procedures specified by NEESA20.2~047B and the National Functional Guidelines for validation of organics and inorganicswill be followed to ensure that raw data are not altered and that an audit trail is developed forthose data which require reduction.
