The criteria by which these decisions will be based <strong>and</strong> the personsresponsible <strong>for</strong> making the decisions are also listed. Project-specific quality objectives arelisted in Appendix A, Table A-2. These include the quantitation, action, accuracy, precision,<strong>and</strong> completeness limits by which the data will be evaluated.A NEESA-certified laboratory will be used <strong>for</strong> all <strong>soil</strong> <strong>and</strong> waste analyses. The laboratory willalso be North Carolina-approved. A copy of the laboratory’s QA Manual, statement ofqualifications, <strong>and</strong> appropriate certificates of approval are kept on file in the Norcross office<strong>and</strong> are available upon request.Samples collected <strong>for</strong> the on-<strong>site</strong> immunoassay screening will meet, at a minimum, therequirements of USEPA QA/QC Level 2.
