8.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE8.1 PRE-EMERGENCY PLANNINGPrior to engaging in construction/remediationactivities at the site, OHM will plan for possibleemergency situations and have available adequate supplies and manpower to respond. The PMwill coordinate this plan with the NOSCYNOSCDRprior to commencing work.
