Themodel of statutory office holders varies across the ACTPS. They are appointed on either afull time or part time basis. Some are employed by the ACTPS as executives (or nonexecutives)and others are appointed by the government to carry out prescribed statutoryfunctions. There are currently 16 fulltime statutory office holders who are not employed inthe ACTPS and for whom the Remuneration Tribunal determines remuneration.The terms and conditions vary across statutory office holders and generally are not welldefined by the agreements.
