418Chapter 18 – Summary of Proposals for Implementation(e) members of the College of Respiratory Therapists ofOntario, approved by the College of RespiratoryTherapists of Ontario; <strong>and</strong>(f) members of the Ontario College of Pharmacists,approved by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.(4) The College shall post the following on its website:(a) the st<strong>and</strong>ards of practice referred to in subsection (1);<strong>and</strong>(b) a list of those members, who are authorized toperform a procedure under the authority of paragraph 2<strong>and</strong> 3 of subsection 5(1) <strong>and</strong> paragraph 3 <strong>and</strong> 4 ofsubsection 5(2).6. That Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3 <strong>and</strong> Schedule 4 of OntarioRegulation 203/94 under the Chiropody Act, 1991 (General) be repealed.7. That section 7 of Ontario Regulation 830/93 under the Chiropody Act,1991 (Registration) be amended by adding the following paragraph:GENERAL TERMS, LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS4. (1) It is a term, condition <strong>and</strong> limitation of a certificate ofregistration of any class that the holder who performs aprocedure under the authority of either paragraph 2 or 3 ofsubsection section 5(1) or paragraph 3 or 4 of subsection 5(2) ofthe Act must: (a) provide satisfactory evidence of successfulcompletion of a program that meets approved criteria; <strong>and</strong> (b)ensure the procedure performed does not exceed the level oftraining completed.(2) It is a term, condition <strong>and</strong> limitation of a certificate ofregistration of any class that the member who performs aprocedure under the authority of either paragraph 2 ofsubsection 5(1) or paragraph 3 of subsection 5(2) of the Actmust ensure the procedure is performed in accordance with anyst<strong>and</strong>ards of practice established <strong>and</strong> published by the Collegefrom time to time.(3) For the purposes of this section, “Drug List” has the meaninggiven to it in the Regulated <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Professions</strong> Act, 1991.(4) A member holding a general or academic class certificatemay prescribe, dispense, or sell the following classes of drugs:(a)(b)antihistaminesanti-infective agents: antibacterials, antifungals,antiviralsHPRAC Critical Links January 2009
