That paragraphs 12, 13 and 15 of section 38(3) of Ontario Regulation202/94 under the Pharmacy Act, 1991 (General) be repealed.9. That Ontario Regulation 202/94 under the Pharmacy Act, 1991 (General)be amended by adding the following:PART IXSTANDARDS OF PRACTICE52. The College shall develop, establish and maintain standards ofpractice for those procedures performed under the authority ofparagraph 2, 3 and 4 of section 4 of the Act.53. The standards of practice referred to in section 52 shall bedeveloped on the recommendation of the Pharmacy StandardsCommittee.54. For the purposes of section 53, the College shall establish thePharmacy Standards Committee referred to in section 53 and shallappoint the membership of the Pharmacy Standards Committee,which shall include, at a minimum, one or more:a) members of the Council;b) members of the College (including practitioners andeducators);c) persons who are not and have not been members of theCollege or of the Council;d) members of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario,approved by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario,who practice family medicine;e) members of the College of Nurses of Ontario, approved by theCollege of Nurses of Ontario; andf) members of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists ofOntario, approved by the College of Medical LaboratoryTechnologists of Ontario.55.
