90Chapter 4 - Critical Links: Proposals for ImplementationContent and form(3) The Minister may specify the content and form of the annual reportsubmitted by the College and, where the Minister has done so, theannual report shall contain that content and be in that form.Minister may publish information(4) The Minister may, in every year, publish information from the annualreports of the Colleges.No personal information(5) Information from the annual reports published by the Minister shallnot include any personal information.4. That sections 7 through 17 of the Regulated Health Professions Act,1991 be repealed and replaced with the following:AgencyAgencyThe Agency is established under the name Council for Health ProfessionsRegulatory Excellence in English and Conseil de l'excellence de laréglementation des professions de la santé in French.CompositionThe Agency shall be composed of at least five and no more than ninepersons who shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council onthe Minister’s recommendation.Chair and vice-chairThe Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one member of theAgency to be the chair and one to be the vice-chair.Qualification of membersA person may not be appointed as a member of the Agency if the person,(a) is employed under Part III of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006or by a Crown agency as defined in the Crown Agency Act; or(b) is or has been a member of a Council or College(c) Terms of membersThe chair and vice-chair shall be appointed for a fixed period not toexceed ten years and the other members for a fixed period not toexceed three years.
