How you should exercise<br />

Exercise regularily<br />

30 minutes of exercise per day would be optimal. If need be, break it up into small sessions of<br />

10 minutes.<br />

Do Rythmic exercises<br />

Exercises that move your arms and legs are effective ways of lifting your mood. It increases<br />

your focus and energy and relaxes both the mind and the body. Exercises such as walking,<br />

running, weight training, swimming, martial arts or dancing are great for stress relief.<br />

Think about your exercise<br />

Try to focus on how it feels to move. Don’t focus on your thoughts, but focus on how your feet<br />

feel when they touch the ground, how your legs feel when they move and how the wind feels in<br />

your hair. Enjoy the exercise and the break from your usual thoughts.<br />
