First decide how many times a week you want to do aerobic exercise. The fewer times you<br />

exercise, the longer you will need per workout to burn the necessary calories. After you have<br />

decided how often you want to train each week, you should choose your favorite workouts<br />

according to the following table. Under the column "4 X", for example, you can see the amount<br />

of time you will need to spend on each activity if you want to train four times a week. Of<br />

course, you can mix different kinds of exercises. If you train four times per week, you can decide<br />

to play soccer twice a week, and do rock climbing twice a week. The time you need to spend on<br />

each activity is shown in the table.<br />

When choosing your exercise, you should also consider your genetic programming. The optimal<br />

balance between power and endurance sports will help you maintain your muscle mass even<br />

while you lose weight. To help you choose the right exercises, you will find symbols indicating if<br />
