satisfied with your body weight, begin the next phase of the program.<br />

and exercise. Now, you can move to the next phase, which is considerably easier. First, you can<br />

significantly reduce your exercise, but you will still need to make a certain level of exercise part<br />

of your routine, to maintain your body weight. You can now plan your new exercise program<br />

that you can follow from now on.<br />
