Exercise<br />

The goal of aerobic exercise is to raise your heart rate to a constant level for an extended period<br />

of time. If you eat just before the exercise, your body will take some of the energy from the<br />

food, and you will lose less weight. Therefore, you should not eat the last 2 hours before<br />

exercise, to increase your weight loss.<br />

Decide yourself, how many training sessions you want to do per week. The following table<br />

shows you how many calories you should burn per week. The more often you exercise, the fewer<br />

calories you have to burn per session:<br />
