recycled water is not immediately available.
Schools only: Demonstrate that non-water turf substitutes
are installed in place of turf.
Construction Rating
Demonstrate that the average irrigation requirement for all
landscaped areas has been minimized.
Demonstrate that a water efficient irrigation system has
been incorporated into the landscape design.
Demonstrate that best practices for ongoing system
management and operation have been established.
Demonstrate that 100% of the exterior irrigation demand
can be served using the Exterior Water Allowance, and that
a recycled water mainline loop has been installed where
recycled water is not immediately available.
Schools only: Demonstrate that non-water turf substitutes
are installed in place of turf.
