The <strong>Pearl</strong> <strong>Rating</strong> <strong>System</strong>s address common regionally relevant sustainability measures and challenges. The<br />

Community, <strong>Building</strong> and Villa <strong>Rating</strong> <strong>System</strong>s have been developed concurrently to ensure a strong relationship<br />

between the three systems. As a result, work undertaken on a community scale will be also relevant to<br />

submissions when embarking on <strong>Building</strong> and Villa <strong>Rating</strong>s. The following table provides a summary of the<br />
