Methodology
� Updated land use map indicating the locations of all amenities meeting the criteria
and the pedestrian walking routes from the building to the amenities, noting
specific distances for each route; and
� For amenities scheduled for opening within three years of the building construction
completion date, provide a copy of the development approval or other evidence
from the municipality.
Walking distances must be calculated using actual safe pedestrian routes from the main
entrance of the building to the main entrance of the facility.
