The Urban <strong>System</strong>s Assessment is to be undertaken in combination with NS-R1 Natural<br />

<strong>System</strong>s Assessment.<br />

The Urban <strong>System</strong>s Assessment must be documented as a consolidated assessment<br />

report and include the following:<br />

� Narrative- the written component of the report which highlights the key elements,<br />

key issues and the opportunities and constraints at the project site, local, subregional<br />

and regional scale. Additionally, this should include a section which<br />

summaries how this information is reflected in the final site plan solution,<br />

supported by graphics.<br />

� Maps and Diagrams- the graphic component should highlight the existing situation<br />

and opportunities and constraints relating to the elements explored.<br />

A suitably qualified professional is an individual with:<br />

� a degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Architecture, Town Planning and/or Landscape<br />

Architecture),<br />

� a minimum of five years relevant work experience,<br />

� a proven track record on working on similar projects in the region.<br />
