GENERAL
Demonstrate that any combination of the following building components comprise a
proportion of materials (by area) containing rapidly renewable content (a minimum of
50% of the material itself has to be rapidly renewable) according to the Requirement
Achievement table below:
� joinery;
� walls and partitions;
� floors;
� ceilings; or
� roof.

Design Rating
at least 75% (by area) of one or more specified building
components are rapidly renewable;
at least 35% (by area) of two or more specified building
components are rapidly renewable; or
at least 15% (by area) of four or more specified building
components are rapidly renewable.
Construction Rating
at least 75% (by area) of one or more installed building
components are rapidly renewable;
at least 35% (by area) of two or more installed building
components are rapidly renewable; or
at least 15% (by area) of four or more installed building
components are rapidly renewable.
� Summary sheet listing all finishes materials and highlighting the proposed rapidly
renewable materials that meet the Credit Requirements and their use in the
project (i.e. materials used in joinery, walls and partitions, floors, ceilings, or
roof);
� Calculations demonstrating that the total area of rapidly renewable materials
meets relevant Credit Point requirement;
� Extracts from specifications requiring the use of rapidly renewable materials; and
� Drawings showing relevant area of proposed use.
� Updated summary sheet listing all finishes materials and highlighting the proposed
rapidly renewable materials that meet the Credit Requirements and their use in the
project (i.e. materials used in joinery, walls and partitions, floors, ceilings, or
roof);
� Calculations demonstrating that the total area of rapidly renewable materials
meets one relevant Credit Point requirement;
� For all rapidly renewable materials, a product cut sheet or letter from the
manufacturer verifying the percentage of rapidly renewable content OR an
independent third-party verification of the percentage of rapidly renewable
content (e.g. Cradle to Cradle ® , BRE Green Guide);
