Torta <strong>de</strong> Amêndoa<<strong>br</strong> />

Ingredientes:<<strong>br</strong> />

400gr <strong>de</strong> açúcar<<strong>br</strong> />

450gr <strong>de</strong> amêndoas<<strong>br</strong> />

60gr <strong>de</strong> manteiga<<strong>br</strong> />

3 colheres <strong>de</strong> sopa bem cheias <strong>de</strong> farinha <strong>de</strong> trigo<<strong>br</strong> />

6 gemas <strong>de</strong> ovos<<strong>br</strong> />

1/2 copo <strong>de</strong> água<<strong>br</strong> />

Modo <strong>de</strong> fazer:<<strong>br</strong> />

1- Coloque as amêndoas com água no fogo, assim que ferver retire e apertando a parte mais<<strong>br</strong> />

larga <strong>de</strong> cada amêndoa faça soltar a casca.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- Depois <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>scascadas coloque as amêndoas numa assa<strong>de</strong>ira no forno para secar, po<strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />

escurecer um pouquinho mas não é para torrar.<<strong>br</strong> />

3- Pique as amêndoas no liqüidificador, <strong>de</strong>ixando pedaços gran<strong>de</strong>s e algumas inteiras.<<strong>br</strong> />

4- Misture as amêndoas, as gemas e a farinha <strong>de</strong> trigo.<<strong>br</strong> />

5- Coloque o açúcar com 1/2 copo <strong>de</strong> água no fogo até ponto <strong>de</strong> calda.<<strong>br</strong> />

6- Dissolva a manteiga na calda e misture o resto dos ingredientes.<<strong>br</strong> />

7- Coloque em forma untada e leve ao forno médio 180°C. Aprox. 30 minutos.
