Ingredientes:<<strong>br</strong> />

2kg <strong>de</strong> peixe em postas (Cherne, Robalo, Garoupa ou Cação)<<strong>br</strong> />

1 pimentão vermelho e 1 pimentão ver<strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />

3 tomates<<strong>br</strong> />

2 cebolas em fatias <strong>de</strong> 2mm<<strong>br</strong> />

azeite, sal, alho, pimenta do reino<<strong>br</strong> />

20ml <strong>de</strong> azeite <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>ndê<<strong>br</strong> />

1 maço <strong>de</strong> cheiro ver<strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />

2 pimentas <strong>de</strong>do <strong>de</strong> moça sem as sementes, fatiadas<<strong>br</strong> />

1 maço <strong>de</strong> coentro<<strong>br</strong> />

400ml <strong>de</strong> leite <strong>de</strong> coco<<strong>br</strong> />

azeite <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>ndê<<strong>br</strong> />

limão<<strong>br</strong> />

Modo <strong>de</strong> fazer:<<strong>br</strong> />

1- Marinar as postas <strong>de</strong> peixe no mínimo por uma hora com alho picado, sal, pimenta do<<strong>br</strong> />

reino e um pouco <strong>de</strong> limão.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- Lavar e limpar das sementes os pimentões e fatiar em ro<strong>de</strong>las com 3mm, co<strong>br</strong>indo todo o<<strong>br</strong> />

fundo <strong>de</strong> uma panela <strong>de</strong> barro. Co<strong>br</strong>ir o pimentão com fatias <strong>de</strong> cebola, em seguida dispor as postas<<strong>br</strong> />

<strong>de</strong> peixe so<strong>br</strong>e as cebolas, regando fartamente com azeite e um pouquinho <strong>de</strong> sal, <strong>de</strong>pois co<strong>br</strong>ir<<strong>br</strong> />

com fatias <strong>de</strong> tomate, <strong>de</strong> pimentão e <strong>de</strong> cebola novamente corrigindo a aci<strong>de</strong>z com um pouquinho<<strong>br</strong> />

<strong>de</strong> açúcar se for preciso.<<strong>br</strong> />

3- Coloque o óleo <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>ndê e leve ao fogo bem baixo. No final coloque o cheiro ver<strong>de</strong> e o<<strong>br</strong> />

coentro picado e o leite <strong>de</strong> coco.<<strong>br</strong> />

5- Tirar do fogo assim que o peixe ficar bem macio, não cozuinhar <strong>de</strong>mais pois o peixe <strong>de</strong>smanchará.<<strong>br</strong> />
