1- Dar uma leve fritada no atum <strong>de</strong>smanchado no azeite, com os <strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> alho picado, até<<strong>br</strong> />

começar a pegar cor, em fogo baixo.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- Coloque os tomates picados, as alcaparras, as azeitonas, o sal e a pimenta.<<strong>br</strong> />

3- Assim que levantar fervura retire do fogo, e misture a salsinha picada , numa quantida<strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />

suficiente para ser vista, e <strong>de</strong>speje o molho em cima do macarrão.<<strong>br</strong> />

Não é preciso colocar queijo ralado.<<strong>br</strong> />

Petit Gateaux.<<strong>br</strong> />

Ingredientes:<<strong>br</strong> />

200gr <strong>de</strong> manteiga<<strong>br</strong> />

200gr <strong>de</strong> chocolate meio amargo em barra<<strong>br</strong> />

4 ovos inteiros<<strong>br</strong> />

4 gemas<<strong>br</strong> />

80gr <strong>de</strong> açúcar<<strong>br</strong> />

60gr <strong>de</strong> farinha <strong>de</strong> trigo<<strong>br</strong> />
