1 xícara <strong>de</strong> água<<strong>br</strong> />

1 colher <strong>de</strong> sopa <strong>de</strong> manteiga<<strong>br</strong> />

1 colher <strong>de</strong> sopa <strong>de</strong> baunilha<<strong>br</strong> />

1 pitada <strong>de</strong> sal<<strong>br</strong> />

Modo <strong>de</strong> fazer:<<strong>br</strong> />

1-Derreta o chocolate e a manteiga em banho-maria. Reserve.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- Bata as claras em neve com o açúcar, junte as gemas e o chocolate batendo em velocida<strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />

menor, e misture a farinha sem agitar <strong>de</strong>mais.<<strong>br</strong> />

3- Adicione as nozes e as passas.<<strong>br</strong> />

4- Ponha para assar em forma untada e enfarinhada em forno alto pré aquecido por 15 minutos<<strong>br</strong> />

e <strong>de</strong>pois mais 15 minutos em forno baixo ou até ficar pronto.<<strong>br</strong> />

5- Servir com calda <strong>de</strong> chocolate e uma bola <strong>de</strong> sorvete <strong>de</strong> creme.<<strong>br</strong> />

Panettone. Receita sem usar essência <strong>de</strong> panettone.<<strong>br</strong> />

Ingredientes:<<strong>br</strong> />

100 gr <strong>de</strong> fermento biológico<<strong>br</strong> />

2 xícaras <strong>de</strong> suco <strong>de</strong> laranja<<strong>br</strong> />

1/2 xícara <strong>de</strong> Grand Marnier<<strong>br</strong> />

1 xícara <strong>de</strong> cidra cristalizada em pedaços<<strong>br</strong> />

1,5 xícaras <strong>de</strong> laranja cristalizada em pedacinhos bem pequenos<<strong>br</strong> />

1 xícara <strong>de</strong> passas pretas sem sementes<<strong>br</strong> />

1 colher <strong>de</strong> manteiga
