1 xícara <strong>de</strong> farinha <strong>de</strong> trigo<<strong>br</strong> />

2 ovos gran<strong>de</strong>s<<strong>br</strong> />

1 xícara <strong>de</strong> leite<<strong>br</strong> />

1 pitada <strong>de</strong> sal (1 colher <strong>de</strong> chá rasa)<<strong>br</strong> />

noz moscada<<strong>br</strong> />

pimenta do reino<<strong>br</strong> />

Modo <strong>de</strong> fazer:<<strong>br</strong> />

1- Bater tudo no liquidificador.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- Untar uma frigi<strong>de</strong>ira com manteiga e quando estiver quente, <strong>de</strong>spejar meia concha da<<strong>br</strong> />

massa. Repetir esta operação para cada crepe.<<strong>br</strong> />

3- Virar a panqueca assim que esta se soltar da frigi<strong>de</strong>ira.<<strong>br</strong> />

Crespelle ai Porri. Panquecas recheadas com queijo e alho poró cozido no<<strong>br</strong> />

vinho <strong>br</strong>anco. Receita adaptada da “Buona Cucina - Pasta” pag. 11, para 6 porções.<<strong>br</strong> />
