Modo <strong>de</strong> fazer:<<strong>br</strong> />

1- Misturar as sementes <strong>de</strong> papoula na farinha e preparar a massa com os ovos.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- A<strong>br</strong>ir a massa na expessura 5 da máquina enfarinhar, enrolar tipo rocambole e cortar o<<strong>br</strong> />

rocambole em fatias <strong>de</strong> 1,5cm <strong>de</strong> largura.<<strong>br</strong> />

3- Saltear a couve <strong>br</strong>ócolis (tufos pequenos) em pouca manteiga, temperar com sal e pimenta<<strong>br</strong> />

do reino. Colocar o creme <strong>de</strong> leite, e quando este começar a ferver acrescentar os outros queijos,<<strong>br</strong> />

assim que <strong>de</strong>rreterem misturar com o papar<strong>de</strong>lle já cozido, e servir.<<strong>br</strong> />
