Modo <strong>de</strong> fazer:<<strong>br</strong> />

1- Dourar levemente no azeite a cebola e os <strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> alho, <strong>de</strong>smanchar os filés <strong>de</strong> alici sem<<strong>br</strong> />

<strong>de</strong>ixar que queimem, acrescentar os tomates picados em pedaços gran<strong>de</strong>s,o sal a pimenta e um<<strong>br</strong> />

pouquinho <strong>de</strong> orégano. Deixe <strong>cozinha</strong>r por meia hora.<<strong>br</strong> />

2- Acrescentar o atum <strong>de</strong>smanchado, tirar do fogo assim que esquentar.. Servir por cima do<<strong>br</strong> />

macarrão com um pouquinho <strong>de</strong> mussarela ralada.<<strong>br</strong> />

Tagliolini al tonno. Receita para 4 porções, típica das regiões do sul da<<strong>br</strong> />

1 colher <strong>de</strong> sopa rasa <strong>de</strong> azeitonas ver<strong>de</strong>s fatiadas<<strong>br</strong> />

1 colher <strong>de</strong> sopa rasa <strong>de</strong> alcaparras<<strong>br</strong> />

2 <strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> alho picado
