The labourers will be working a schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off. Table 21.13 lists the proposed manpower for the open pit operation and maintenance during peak operations (Year 7). The labour details (Table 21.12) were prepared and estimated by Tetra Tech for the purposes of this study, based on the required personnel for a 32,000 t/d open pit mining operation. Rates from other similar Tetra Tech projects were considered for the purposes of the PEA mining plan.
