Cause When referencing, the position was not accepted.<br />

Motor moving (ZSW.13 = 1).<br />

Drive not enabled.<br />

Traversing block being processed.<br />

After power-on: The motor has still not moved.<br />

Remedy The motor must be stationary and closed-loop controlled.<br />

6 Fault Handling and Diagnostics<br />

6.2 Faults and warnings<br />

Cause The speed controller is at its limit for more than 200 ms.<br />

The required speed is not reached.<br />

The load or friction is too high or the drive is too small.<br />

The current limit (P28, P16) is set too low.<br />

The drive is defective.<br />

For the ”traverse to fixed endstop” function, this warning is output when<br />

the fixed endstop is reached.<br />

Note:<br />

The warning is only signaled if the appropriate fault is suppressed.<br />

Remedy Reduce load.<br />

Increase current limit.<br />

Replace the positioning motor.<br />

Acknowledgement not required<br />

Stop response None<br />
