Qualified personnel, in the sense of this document and the warning
information on the product itself, are those personnel who are suitably
trained and qualified to erect, install, commission and operate products,
for example:
e.g.:
Trained and authorized to energize, de–energize, clear, ground and
tag circuits and equipment in accordance with established safety
procedures.
Trained in the proper care and use of protective equipment in accordance
with established safety procedures.
Trained in rendering first aid
