INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) AND INFORMATICS DEVELOPMENT<br />
an authorized manner and acts as the media for faster dissemination of circulars,<br />
notifications and announcements besides providing access to the personal<br />
information. Services such as e-Service book, online stationery requests, online<br />
computer complaints, GPF and other advances, Payslips / GPF /IT statements,<br />
Download Forms, Document Management and Information System(DMIS), etc.<br />
are made available through the portal.<br />
Online Stationery Request System<br />
11.2.4A web based workflow application has been developed and implemented in <strong>DOPT</strong><br />
to facilitate online submission of requests for stationery items, online approval, e-<br />
mail intimation of approval to the requestor, online submission of receipts, and<br />
monitoring of stock issued. The system is linked to IntraMOP portal to provide an<br />
easy access.<br />
Online Computer Complaints System<br />
11.2.5A web based workflow application has been implemented in DoPT to facilitate<br />
online lodging of computer related complaints, monitoring the status of the<br />
complaints, etc. and linked to IntraMOP portal of this ministry.<br />
GPF / Festival Advances System<br />
11.2.6A web based workflow application has been implemented to facilitate online<br />
submission of applications for GPF advance/ Festival advance. The Processing<br />
officials have the facility to view the details of previous advances / withdrawals and<br />
other details about the employee while approving/making decisions. The system<br />
facilitates online access to rules / statements, view status of applications, intimation<br />
to the employee regarding receipt of cheque from PAO.<br />
MINISTRY’S WEBSITE<br />
11.3 The Website of the Ministry of Personnel, PG and Pension has also been redesigned.<br />
Website has been enriched by adding the following: sitemap, contact us, database<br />
for circulars and notification, events and citizen charter. search facility has been<br />
incorporated to search circulars / notifications based on various parameters. Old<br />
Circulars, Tenders, Events have been displayed under archives. Development of<br />
the Hindi version of the website is in progress.<br />
