INFORMATION AND FACILITATION COUNTER 15.3 An Information and Facilitation Counter of the Commission is working since October 1999. This is for large public-interface, transparency in administration easy and speedy access to information for candidates in connection with the examinations conducted by the Commission including receipt of applications in person and issue of duplicate admit cards where necessary.
