Partial Funding for Foreign Study<br />
11.5.1 A web based system for receipt of applications online from officers belonging to<br />
All India Services (AIS) and Group ‘A’ Central Services for Partial Funding pertaining<br />
to Foreign Study was developed.<br />

11.6 The Pensioners’ Portal was hosted on 30 March, 2007 by Hon’ble Minister of State<br />
(Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions) for the usage of Central Government<br />
ministries/departments/organizations, pensioners’ associations and central<br />
government pensioners. The portal has been enriched with the addition of the<br />
following:-<br />
• A Graphic Interface for State Pensioners.<br />
• Links for various services for pensioners namely online bill payment pertaining<br />
to MTNL (Delhi), electricity (Delhi), LIC premiums, property tax (MCD),<br />
water (Delhi Jal Board) and online bill payment desk for all bills of commercial<br />
nature (non government web sites).<br />
• Links to various websites offering useful information/facilities/service utilities<br />
etc., required in day to day life, to senior citizens e.g. health care, travel<br />
benefits, financial assistance/incentives, care for elders, city help lines, indian<br />
temples, pilgrimage tours, pet care, etc.<br />
• Calculator for revised pension and pension arrears for Pensioners as per 6 th<br />
CPC recommendations.<br />
Web Based Centralised Pension Grievances Redress and Monitoring System<br />
(CPENGRAMS).<br />
11.6.1A Centralized web-enabled Pension Grievances Redress And Monitoring System<br />
(CPENGRAMS) System had been implemented to facilitate online lodging of the<br />
pension grievances and monitoring of the latest redress status of the lodged<br />
grievance by the pensioners/ pensioners associations. The system also enables<br />
the concerned ministries/ departments/ organizations in lodging and tracking the<br />
