uses, unless associated with or support educational uses<br />

Residential dwellings (except dormitory and student housing)<br />

Shopping centers or commercial strip centers and retail uses over<br />

15,000 square feet in size<br />

Hotels and motels<br />

Grocery stores/ supermarkets, mini-markets or mini-marts, or<br />

similar food retail operations unless specifically ancillary to an<br />

educational use or as approved by the Community Development<br />

Director<br />

Congregate care facilities<br />

Health club (except for use by students, faculty and campus<br />

employees)<br />

Live Entertainment/Entertainment uses, such as commercial<br />

motion picture theaters, unless associated with educational uses<br />
