additional right-<strong>of</strong>-way 20 and 25 feet right for the Barranca<br />

and Santa Ana/Santa Fe channel were not approved because<br />

they were not based on quantifiable design information. Rather<br />

than approving this portion <strong>of</strong> the conveyance request, the LRA<br />

is intending to include in the <strong>Plan</strong> the requirement that an <strong>of</strong>fer<br />

to dedicate be required for the Barranca and Santa Ana/Santa Fe<br />

Channel for flood control purposes in the event said right-<strong>of</strong>way<br />

is needed. This will ensure that negative economic impacts<br />

on the <strong>Plan</strong> are minimized.<br />

The Task Force approved the request as modified with<br />

conditions identified within the MCAS <strong>Tustin</strong> Reuse <strong>Plan</strong>.<br />

Additional right-<strong>of</strong>-way for Santa Ana Channel and Barranca<br />

will be required as dedication in Reuse <strong>Plan</strong><br />
