There are certain planning areas that can be released without the need to<br />

initiate significant on-site or <strong>of</strong>f-site Specific <strong>Plan</strong> infrastructure<br />

improvements as noted above and in the Joint EIS/EIR. However, these<br />

areas shall still bear a proportionate share <strong>of</strong> roadway infrastructure costs<br />

within the <strong>Plan</strong> and <strong>of</strong>f-site. There areas are as follows:<br />

• The Medium-High Density Residential (MHDR) Land Use area<br />

located at the northeast corner <strong>of</strong> Edinger Avenue and Jamboree<br />

Road.<br />

• The residential area located between Peters Canyon Channel and<br />

Harvard Avenue north <strong>of</strong> M<strong>of</strong>fett Avenue.<br />

• The Elementary School (ES) and the Neighborhood Park (NP) sites<br />

located at the northwest corner <strong>of</strong> Barranca Parkway and Harvard<br />

Avenue.<br />

• The residential areas located between Peters Canyon Channel and<br />

Harvard Avenue south <strong>of</strong> M<strong>of</strong>fett Avenue.<br />

In addition to exemptions to the cumulative ADT thresholds shown in the<br />

previous table, interim uses and leases which do not result in greater ADT<br />

levels than were generated at MCAS <strong>Tustin</strong> prior to closure may be<br />

<strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Tustin</strong><br />
